AiSyster is NOT a substitute for:

Therapy or psychological counseling
In-person pastoral counseling
Emergency crisis care

3. Nature of Support Offered

AiSyster provides structured emotional support, guided reflection, and spiritual encouragement. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and do not constitute diagnosis, medical prescription, or professional mental health advice.

4. User Account

To use AiSyster, you must:

Create an account with accurate information
Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
Be responsible for all activities on your account

By using AiSyster, you agree NOT to:

Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Share content that violates third-party rights
Attempt to access other users' data
Use unauthorized automation to access the service
Transmit viruses or malicious code

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

AiSyster and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by the company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI responses are automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
